Medical labs
On Aurora 56z we will have labs that will conduct research to help cure and discover new diseases.
Some hospitals have labs attached to the hospitals.
Departments
Microbiology: The work is mainly with cultures, which will be very useful when we get to aurora 56z. This study will help us find the desease and find cures and vaccinations for them. It will be helpful because we will have people from all different cultures. This means we can vaccinate the citizens of aurora 56z, and prevent it to spread.
Parasitology: Is a unit that investigates in parasites.
Virology: Is a study that researches and identifies viruses in blood and other substances.
These units are the one that will keep citizens of aurora 56z healthy.
There are 2 types of labs. The first type is hospital laboratories. this is a lab that ds connected to the hospital to get the information as quick as possible.
MINECRAFT
Log 1.
What I did: Amelie and I have decided to build a medical lab for virology, DNA testing and microbiology. At the top of our building there is a storage unit and in the basement we have a freezer for medicines.
What I learned: Today I learned to play the game. All the basics, to move forward backwards and fly.
Log 2:
What I did: I started building levels or my lab we used wooden planks and and stone. the stone were the walls and the floors were made out of the wooden planks.
What I learned: Amelie has been playing minecraft longer than me and she taught me how to make stairs. I also started getting the hang of playing the game.
Log 3:
what I did: We have finished the basics of our building and we have started to make the interior. We put chests our freezer to store the medicines. We also started building a storage area at the top of our building.
What I learned: That instead of stacking blocks one by one, you can click one block and drag it along the wall. It can be a bit tricky at first but once you get the hang of it its a real time saver.
Log 4:
What I did: Amelie and I have finished our lab and have started building our high school. Our lab turned out really well and i'm sure our high school will turn out.
What I learned: I know everything I need to know and I have just been improving every session.
Amelie and I are working together to make a medical lab. Our lab has 3 levels, virology, DNA testing and microbiology. We also have a freezer basement to preserve medicines and we also have an attic for storage and reception.
Now that Amelie and myself have finished our lab, we are now starting to build a high school for the area.
